Ilminster A traveled too the West Dorset side for a 4 30 kick off, 8 of the starting 11 making there debut for the club the oldest player outfield was 20, with the keeper helping keep the average age a bit higher. We started a bit nervous giving the ball away on a number of occasions but limiting Thorncombe Res to a few wayward long shots with Owen Burn and Josh Phillips keeping there strike force at bay AJ Carvell had the best chance of the half with a neat turn but some how managing to shoot so wide it went off for a throw.
